SPEAKING AND HOSTING
Nika Brunet Milunovic is a keynote speaker, panel host and facilitator for music, events and creative-industry audiences.
With more than 19 years in festival operations, music event management and sustainability, alongside a background in social work, psychology and current PhD research into mental health and neurodiversity in events, she brings practical experience, care and energy to every conversation.
Nika speaks on neuroinclusive event design, sensory-friendly live experiences, artist and crew wellbeing, safeguarding, mental health, sustainability and creating live culture where more people can participate and thrive.
Whether delivering a keynote, hosting a panel or facilitating a workshop, she creates space for honest discussion, meaningful connection and practical action.
Nika’s work is rooted in a belief that live culture can be ambitious, high-energy and more human at the same time. She is proud to contribute to conversations and collaborations that move the music, events and creative industries forward.
Her work has been recognised through industry awards and invitations to speak, host and facilitate internationally. Each engagement is an opportunity to share practical ideas, challenge outdated assumptions and connect with the people shaping live experiences.
From neuroinclusive event design and sensory accessibility to artist and crew wellbeing, safeguarding and sustainable event practice, Nika helps turn important conversations into practical action, on stage, behind the scenes and across the wider live-events ecosystem.
Looking for a keynote speaker, panel host or workshop facilitator for your festival, music conference or live event?
Nika brings practical, people-first insight to the stage, covering neuroinclusive event design, sensory accessibility, artist and crew wellbeing, safeguarding, mental health and sustainable live-event practice.
Let’s create a conversation that informs, inspires and leads to meaningful action.
